Terre des Hommes Italy (TDH Italy) invites qualified registered and non-registered (company and persons ) suppliers to submit bids for the provision of vehicle rental and transportation services for the LINC Project in Baghdad, Diwaniyah, and Thi Qar Governorates.

Required vehicles:

• Three (3) vehicles with a capacity of 6 passengers

• Three (3) vehicles with a capacity of 10–12 passengers

• Three (3) buses with a capacity of 25 passengers

One vehicle from each category will be assigned to each governorate. The estimated monthly mileage is 3,500–5,500 km per vehicle. The 6-passenger vehicles will include inter-governorate trips between Baghdad, Diwaniyah, and Nasiriyah. The 10–12 passenger vehicles and 25-passenger buses will operate within their assigned governorates.

The quoted monthly rates must be fixed and inclusive of the vehicle, qualified driver, fuel, maintenance, insurance, registration, taxes, and all operational costs. Payment will be made monthly by bank transfer following acceptance of the services.

Bidders must submit the Technical Offer and Financial Offer separately, either in two sealed envelopes or as two separately named electronic attachments. Prices must not be included in the Technical Offer.

المركبات المطلوبة:

• ثلاث (3) سيارات سعة 6 ركاب

• ثلاث (3) سيارات سعة 10–12 راكباً

• ثلاثة (3) باصات سعة 25 راكباً

سيتم تخصيص مركبة واحدة من كل فئة لكل محافظة. تتراوح المسافة التشغيلية الشهرية التقديرية بين 3,500 و5,500 كم لكل مركبة. تشمل سيارات 6 ركاب الرحلات بين محافظات بغداد والديوانية وذي قار/الناصرية، بينما تُخصص سيارات 10–12 راكباً والباصات سعة 25 راكباً للنقل داخل المحافظة المحددة.

يجب أن تكون الأجور الشهرية المقدمة ثابتة وشاملة للمركبة والسائق المؤهل والوقود والصيانة والتأمين والتسجيل والضرائب وجميع تكاليف التشغيل. يتم الدفع شهرياً عن طريق التحويل المصرفي بعد قبول الخدمات.

يجب تقديم العرض الفني والعرض المالي بصورة منفصلة، إما في ظرفين مختومين منفصلين أو كمرفقين إلكترونيين يحملان اسمين واضحين. يُمنع إدراج الأسعار ضمن العرض الفني.
