Tender Notice

Save the Children International in Iraq is inviting submissions of tenders for a contract to provide the following services:

Rehabilitation of Four (4) Formal Schools (Arkhawan, Haval, Peshkawtn and Sivan) – Erbil Governorate, Iraq (Tender Ref: PR736790)

Please follow the below two submission options 

Electronic Submission via Ariba Network (preferred method of submission)

• Submit your response in accordance with the guidance provided in the below document:
• If you plan to submit a bid via Ariba Network but haven’t received an email from Ariba with your RFP invitation, notify the tender contact (see Sec 5.4) at least three days before the closing date to ensure registration and receipt of the invitation.
• For any issues preventing submission through Ariba, reach out to the same contact for assistance.

Electronic Submission via Email

• Email should be addressed to Yasser Rasheed at «This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.»
• Note – this is a sealed tender box which will not be opened until the tender has closed. Therefore, do not send tender related questions to this email address as they will not be answered.
• The subject of the email should be “ITT/PR736790/Bidder Response – ‘Bidder Name’, ‘Date’’.
• All attached documents should be clearly labelled so it is clear to understand what each file relates to.
• Emails should not exceed 20mb – if the file sizes are large, please split the submission into two emails.
• Do not copy other SCI email addresses into the email when you submit it as this will invalidate your bid.

Paper Submission

• One copy submitted on headed paper to Save the Children International, Italian City 1, Office no. B4, Erbil – Iraq, Erbil, Iraq
• Bids should be submitted in a single sealed envelope addressed to Yasser Rasheed
• The envelope should clearly indicate the Invitation to tender reference number PR736790), but contain no other details relating to the bid or the bidder name.

All supporting documentation should be labelled and grouped together (individual envelopes, stapled etc), and then included in a single sealed envelope as per the above.

 NOTE: Please indicate the following Reference number on your envelope (PR736790)

In total, we request that you supply us with the following information:

1. Copy of business owner ID
2. Copy of primary key contact ID
3. Copy of valid business registration
4. Copy of your latest Tax Clearance documents from Ministry of Finance for 2024 / 2025 (it’s mandatory)
5. Signed and stamped copy of the SCI Policies in the attached of this tender package

The final date of submission will be no later than 05 October 2026, 04:00 PM (16:00) GMT+3, Iraq time. All offers sent after that date will be neglected.
