Mercy Hands invites qualified suppliers to submit offers for the supply and delivery of equipment and furniture under the UNICEF-funded project: “Maharati Programming: Re-SOURCE Young People: Reintegration, Skilling, Opportunities, and Entrepreneurship for Social Cohesion.”
The required equipment and furniture are detailed in the attached final BOQ.
Delivery locations:
- Al-Qaim and Haditha, Anbar Governorate.
- Balad and Tikrit, Salah Al-Din Governorate.
Suppliers may submit their offers using either one of the following methods:

- In a sealed envelope delivered to: Hay Babil Al-Masbah, SEC. 929, ST. 4, H. 36, Baghdad, Iraq
Suppliers are not required to submit their offers through both methods.
The deadline for submitting offers is 27 September 2026 at 11:59 PM (Iraqi Time).
Suppliers are required to provide the following documents:
- Company registration documents
- Meeting minutes
- Tax clearance
- Company profile
- Baghdad Chamber of Commerce ID
- Contractors ID
- Evidence of relevant experience
- Technical documents
- Financial offer
- Latest annual financial report
- Company bank account details
- Any other documents specified in the tender requirements
