Casual Worker: Agriculture Field Facilitator - Ninewa (Gayara, Hamam Al-Alil)

The role of Agriculture Field Facilitator is to work on training materials through preparing the dates, groups, sites, and attendance sheets. Deliver training for the farmers on Farmers Field School. Educating farmers and producers so that the farmers/producers can help themselves. Providing the knowledge and information that will enable a farmer to understand and make a decision about a particular innovation. Linking farmers/producers with research-based information to improve agricultural production, productivity, processing and marketing of agricultural goods and services. Collecting data on production and productivity, processing products, improving production, involving farms and farmers in agriculture and all steps of the program. 

Trained and experienced casuals, graduated from Agriculture department, some prior knowledge in providing trainings to farmers
Strong communication skills, Good listening skills, Sensitivity to the needs and priorities of different sectors of the community. Arabic language is mandatory.
Good interpersonal skills and cross-cultural sensitivity.
