AVSI has maintained a strong presence and commitment in Iraq since 1991. The organization implemented emergency health interventions until 1996 and later carried out educational projects between 2003 and 2006. In 2014, AVSI expanded its operations in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq to address one of the most pressing humanitarian crises of recent times, standing in solidarity with Iraqi families affected by conflict and displacement.

Under the framework of its project “Strengthening Agriculture for Employment (SAFE) in Duhok Governorate in Iraq” funded by the German Corporation for International Cooperation (GIZ), AVSI is pleased to announce an Open Local National Tender. The purpose of this tender is to receive competitive proposals for the supply of:

“Greenhouse Structures, Irrigation System, Agricultural Tools/Equipment, and Agricultural Inputs/Seeds ”
