Subject: Tender for a one-month price agreement with companies or offices supplying stationery and supplies for the creation of art spaces within schools for the activities of the Wasl Foundation's "Reaching Humanity in Anbar" program

We are issuing you an invitation to submit bids in response to a request for proposals. You are invited to submit a bid for a one-month price agreement for procurement with supply companies or offices.

The bid must include separate (not mixed) technical and financial offers. The financial offer must be placed in a separate, signed, and sealed envelope, which is then placed inside the main bid envelope. The main bid envelope must also be signed and sealed if submitted manually to the Foundation's office. For electronic submissions, the financial offer must be sent via a separate email address from the email address included in the tender package and the technical offer (each email must include the tender number and indicate "Technical Offer" or "Financial Offer" in the subject line), as detailed in the submission instructions included in the tender package forms.
