EXW / buyer is responsible for all transportation, export/import duties, and risks , also all the required fees for owner ship transfer from that point onward.

Within fifteen (15) working days from the date of signature of this Contract and receipt of full payment, the Vehicle shall not be handed over directly to the Buyer. The handover shall only take place after completion of the ownership transfer procedures with the competent authorities |
The sale will be conducted using Acted standard bidding documents, open to all interested bidders. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all bidders at the following address(es):

تدعو منظمة أكتد (Acted) جميع المزايدين إلى حضور جولة ميدانية لمعاينة المركبة المعروضة للبيع وتقييمها بأنفسهم قبل تقديم عروضهم.
