Part time position, 75% with frequent travel to other field offices.
- Support in obtaining all necessary permissions for transfer, transport, selling, of WHH assets.
- Support in obtaining the necessary permissions for office closure/opening across the Country.
- Keep smooth relations with administrative bodies.
- Monitor changes in administrative procedures and requirements.
- Liaise with the other ministries concerned by WHH projects upon request by the Head of Projects / CD.
- Liaise with local authorities (governorate and municipality levels) for any other related topic (e.g. vocational license, visa, tax exemption) Management of the Support Office Team.
- Submit, follow and obtain administrative legal documents: visas, work permits, travel authorizations
- Obtaining of access letter according with the operational requirements in coordination with Area Manager and Logistics
- Prepare the submission of the annual request for the renewal of the registration certificate of the organization.
- Collect and circulate relevant information about any change/ evolution/ modification of the local legal regulations, including immigration law, labor law and tax law.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders through regular communication, meetings, and events.
- Address concerns and queries raised by stakeholders to foster transparency and trust.
- Support in conflict resolution with suppliers, landlords, stakeholders in general when potential conflict arises
- Support to national partner organizations in finding solutions to access or obtaining permissions from program implementation
- Support national partner organizations in drafting and developing access plan/approval letters
Security
- Responsible for the monitoring of the security and safety for the country, - Representation of WHH in relevant coordination mechanisms, online and in person meetings
- Development and regular update of Area security plans
- Updating of risk matrix for the Country
- Development of Bi-weekly security updates for all staff
- Organizes security training for national staff and partner organizations, adjusting the training materials to the changing conditions
- 5 to 7 years professioanal experience working with INGOs
- Relevant experience in Security Management and understanding of local and Regional Dynamics
- Relevant experience in Liaison, good connections with relevant authorities and excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Excellent writting skills in English, Arabic and Kurdish
