
Dijla Agricultural Association is seeking a Reporting & Coordination Officer to support its projects. The role involves preparing and following up on project reports, attending coordination meetings, conducting research, and ensuring effective communication between all DAA teams. The officer will also coordinate staff activities in the field to maintain smooth implementation and achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities

Track progress of each activity and compile KPI reports.

Summarize project outputs, resource usage, and stakeholder engagement.

Submit monthly and final reports to stakeholders.

Prepare regular progress and activity reports.

Attend regular follow-up meetings with partners and stakeholders.

Conduct seasonal or periodic analysis of project efficiency and impact.

Ensure proper documentation for audits, funding requirements, and project evaluation.

Develop research papers, briefs, and analytical documents to support project objectives.

Coordinate staff activities in the field, ensuring smooth planning, scheduling, and implementation of project activities.

Maintain effective communication and follow-up between field teams and management.

Track project progress against work plans and report on challenges, risks, and opportunities.

Support documentation of success stories, lessons learned, and best practices.

Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management.
Education & Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Development Studies, Agriculture, or related field (Master’s is a plus).

At least 2 years of experience in project reporting, coordination, or similar roles (preferably with NGOs or development projects).

Strong skills in report writing, documentation, and research.

Excellent coordination and organizational abilities.

Knowledge of agricultural or development programs is an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Flexibility and willingness to travel for field visits.
