Job Description
- Obtain all necessary approvals and coordinate with local authorities before initiating fieldwork.
- Conduct structured surveys on demographic information, irrigation habits and amounts, past yields and practices, and technology use.
- Assess farmer knowledge and openness to new practices.
- Conduct individual or group trainings on how to use agricultural applications, follow irrigation plans, read and interpret data, etc.
- Perform soil analysis with local laboratories.
- Install monitoring tools in selected field locations.
- Install water measurement tools on irrigation lines to track water usage.
- Organize farmer trainings about good agronomical practices, technology usage, and water saving.
- Conduct field visits for in-person follow-up and validation.
- Guide farmers on irrigation scheduling and farming practices.
- Inspect field activities and ensure proper data collection.

- إجراء تحاليل للتربة بالتعاون مع المختبرات المحلية.
- تركيب أدوات المراقبة في مواقع حقلية.
- تركيب أدوات قياس المياه على خطوط الري لمتابعة استهلاك المياه.
- تنظيم تدريبات للمزارعين حول الممارسات الزراعية الجيدة، واستخدام التكنولوجيا، وتوفير المياه.
- القيام بزيارات ميدانية للمتابعة المباشرة والتحقق من الأنشطة.
- إرشاد المزارعين حول جداول الري والممارسات الزراعية.
- تفقد الأنشطة الحقلية وضمان جمع البيانات بشكل صحيح.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Soil Science, Water Resources Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of agronomic practices, irrigation methods, and soil science.
- Ability to conduct field surveys, soil sampling, and interpret laboratory results.
- Familiarity with modern agricultural tools, applications, and data collection methods. Practical experience in farmer training, agricultural extension, or advisory services.
- Strong data collection, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with farmers, stakeholders, and local authorities.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently for fieldwork in rural areas.
- شهادة بكالوريوس في الزراعة، علم التربة، إدارة الموارد المائية أو أي مجال ذي صلة (شهادة الماجستير تعد ميزة إضافية).

- مهارات ممتازة في الاتصال والتواصل للتعامل الفعّال مع المزارعين، وأصحاب المصلحة، والسلطات المحلية. المرونة والاستعداد للسفر المتكرر للعمل الميداني في المناطق الريفية.
