Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund Deutschland e.V. (ASB) invites qualified consultants, consultancy firms, and evaluation teams to submit proposals for conducting the Endline Evaluation of project ZZZ2304-IRK in Salah Al-Din Governorate, Iraq. The assignment will be implemented in accordance with the attached Terms of Reference (ToR), which provides full details on the scope of work, deliverables, qualifications, timeline, and evaluation criteria.

Proposal Package

Interested applicants shall submit:

• Technical Proposal (maximum 5 pages);
• Financial Proposal;
• Proposed Workplan and Timeline (maximum 30 days);
• CV(s) of the proposed evaluator(s);
• Consultancy Profile (if applicable);
• At least two examples of similar assignments;
• References from previous relevant assignments.
