Together Association invites qualified and innovative companies to submit proposals for the Leading Eco-Initiative for Schools: Student-Led Climate Resilience Initiative under the ThriveSpace project in Baghdad and Erbil, Iraq.

Project Overview

The initiative aims to empower students in four public secondary schools to design and implement inclusive, income-generating eco-projects that enhance climate resilience and wellbeing. Activities include Design Thinking Training, Eco-Initiative Co-Design, and an Inclusive Climate Hackathon.

Scope of Work

• Deliver design thinking training and mentorship for student-led eco-initiatives.
• Support schools in developing and implementing sustainable, income-generating projects.
• Organize and facilitate a three-day inclusive climate hackathon.
• Provide ongoing mentorship and technical support.

Eligibility

Companies must demonstrate:

• Expertise in adaptation of climate change, innovation, and youth engagement.
• Experience in design thinking, hackathon facilitation, and inclusive programming.
• Strong understanding of gender and disability inclusion.

Budget

The budget for this call will be explained during the webinar. Proposals should reflect cost-effective planning within this range.

• Technical proposal (methodology, work plan, team composition)

• Sample Design Thinking Training curriculum
• Indicate whether applying for Baghdad & Erbil or one location only. for more information about requirements check the ToR.
