La Chaîne de l’Espoir (CDE) would like to invite interested suppliers in Iraq to submit their offers to the following attached request for bid regarding the supply/Transport/Installation of Power Supply Generators in Sinjar hospital as part of CDE organization program implementations in IRAQ.

This Invitation to Bid announcement contains the following attachments:
1- Generators technical Specification required.

General Information to the supplier:
1.CDE organization is requiring a door to door service, which means the supplier is required to deliver and Install the Generators on site at the final delivery location which is at Sinjar French Medical Center. where the supplier will be in charge in terms of obtaining any required access permits to transport the Generators to Sinjar.
2.The supplier offer should include the cost (Including Taxes) for the supply, Testing (Dummy load), Transport and installation for the Generators.

The supplier offer should include answers for below questions:
1.Brand, Model and Capacity regarding the offered Generators with Technical Data Sheet of the offered generators and Canopy Specifications with Technical Data sheet (if it is Silent or Super silent).
2.Manufacture origin regarding the offered Generators.
3.(Bid Data sheet) Breakdown cost for the supply/Testing (Dummy load)/Transport/Delivery/Installation of the Generators.
4.Ability to Deliver the Incinerator on site in Sinjar French Medical Center.
5.Warranty period. 
6.Service Provision of Installation , commissioning and training to operate the Generators on site.
7.Payment Conditions.
8.Delivery lead Time.
9.presence valid Company registration.
10. Details regarding the cost of the testing (Dummy load) which will be required to be done by the supplier before delivering the Generators.
11-Profile of the Engineer/ Installation team who will install the generators on site.
12- Spare list (which are available in Iraq.

Further Technical Information required from the Suppliers: 

• Engine and alternator brand and standard sizes
• Generator duty type: standby or prime
• Generator fuel type, fuel tank size (minimum 24-hour capacity)
• Generator ambient rating: tropical environment (52–55°C)
• Noise level and enclosure details (silent model / local or imported canopy)
• Installation suitability: outdoor, weatherproof, and soundproof
• Load behavior compatibility: resistive, inductive, capacitive, or mixed
• Compliance with HTM and NFPA99 healthcare standards
• Starting method: manual / automatic (ATS)
• Control system: digital panel with real-time monitoring, alarms for temperature, fuel, oil pressure, etc.
• Cooling system: water-cooled with detailed specs
