Ashor foundation for relief and Development (ARD) would like to invite you to submit your Sales Quotation for the listed items in (section 3 - Bill of Quantities) by (22-09-2025 at 12:00 PM) for our consideration. A general description of the items needed, and other pertinent information follows:

Providing a 48 Drip irrigation supplies to the locations of distribution in Kirkuk, Hawija district ,all detailed in the Quotation Annex -A, and the distribution plan Annex-C

to receive documents related to the tender send or visit Ashor office (9 AM – 12 PM) house no: C17, Soma city, Kirkuk.

1. Supplies to be provided

See attached specifications for details of the Lots given below.

Lot 1: Provide and supply Drip irrigation supplies

2. Samples:

1. Ashor may request samples of proposed items for testing (photos showing the item brand and source of origin) .
2. Samples must be clearly marked to indicate the CFT and vendor name.
3. A list of samples and their serials, if available, are to be submitted with the samples.
4. All samples must be placed in appropriate boxes and delivered to Ashor’s office as per instructions.
5. Sample requests are made prior to award.
6. If any lab test is required, the vendor will be liable for the test cost.

3. Submission Requirements:

1. Quotation must be submitted in sealed envelope addressed to Ashor office.
2. Put the CFT title, ref# and vendor name on the envelope.
3. No email submission.
4. No correction pen on any document.
5. Proposal currency: Iraqi Dinars (IQD).
6. Interested vendors should submit all the required documents to Ashor's Kirkuk Office in Sealed Envelope.

4. Clarification meeting/site visit

Any queries on or requests for clarification shall be submitted in writing (e-mail accepted) to the email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. All clarifications will be made by Concern in writing and such clarifications will be notified to all Tenderers. All clarifications shall be attached to all Tender Documents, when the documents are submitted, all will be considered as part of the Tender Documents.

5. Closing date and time for submission of tenders

All bid envelopes MUST be marked with the Lot Number(s) being bid for and posted / delivered to the address given  by 12:00 Noon deadline is 22-09-2025

Tenders, who are not received by 12:00 on the closing date, will be treated as late tenders and so the Client reserves the right to set aside the Tender. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

6. Opening Quotation

Bids will be opened at 10:00 AM on 23-09-2025 at Ashor Kirkuk office. All bidders are welcome to participate.

7. Appeals process

8. Cancellation of the tender procedure

At any point during the process, The Tender Evaluation Committee reserves the right to cancel a part or the whole of this tender process.
