Main Responsibilities of PSS trainer
-Have strong experience to develop PSS activities for children
-Experience to work in education TLS and Child friendly spaces of providing PSS to children
-Practical experience to train the Team of teachers, NGOs and Facilitators
-Provided online training to NES staff on PSS time to time and provide follow up support to team
-Good experience to train the parents and community on how to deal with Children in difficult situations
-Develop PSS manual /Sessions for children in Arabic
-Develop manual for parents to capacitate them on dealing effectively with their children
-Translate manual into Arabic with support of translator
-Keep record of all training sessions and events
-Regular communication and coordination with PSS team in field
- University degree from a recognized university in social sciences, social worker, psychology, law
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in conducting PSS activities, social work.
- At least 2 years’ experience working with an NGO in humanitarian response.
- Strong belief in human rights and gender equality.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.
- Good facilitation, mobilization and persuasion skills.
- High standard of spoken and written Arabic and English.
- Good computer skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to human rights.
- High regard toward preserving confidentiality of work-related information and data.
