Design and deliver specialized training programs in business development.

Conduct individual and group coaching sessions for entrepreneurs and SMEs.

Develop training curricula and practical toolkits tailored to market needs.

Organize workshops on business planning, market research, and sales management.

Provide continuous coaching support to entrepreneurs and small business owners.

Assess training needs and customize learning programs accordingly.

Build partnerships with training institutions, financial organizations, and support networks.

Monitor and evaluate the impact of training and coaching initiatives.

Contribute to developing growth strategies for small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

Support the creation of promotional materials and marketing strategies for training programs.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- University educated.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in planning, management, and coordination.
- Proven experience in implementing projects.
- Experience working in the humanitarian / development sector, able to perform and deliver in a timely manner.
- Knowledge and experience in working with UN agencies, International Organizations are an asset.
- Knowledge of climate change, environmental sustainability, and experience working with advocacy and/or education projects are strong assets.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
