Description

 

  • Monitor project activities and progress.
  • Collect and analyze project data.
  • Conduct field visits and assessments.
  • Track indicators and project targets.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and donor reports.
  • Maintain databases and beneficiary records.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Support baseline, midline, and endline surveys.
  • Use tools such as Excel, KoboToolbox, and Power BI.
  • Identify challenges and recommend improvements.
  • Support accountability and feedback mechanisms.
  • Coordinate with program and field teams.
  • Ensure compliance with donor and NGO requirements.
  • Document lessons learned and success stories.
  • Train staff on data collection and reporting tools.

 

Qualifications & Preferred Skills
  • Writing and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Advanced University/Master’s degree in international relations, social sciences, agricultural economics, statistics, food security, nutrition, Monitoring and Evaluation or closely related field 
  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in monitoring and evaluation activities
  • Experience managing teams
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience working in the humanitarian / development sector, able to perform and deliver in a timely manner 
  • Extensive experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Ability to work independently under minimum supervision and supervise a team 
  • Right to live and work in Iraq, with the ability to travel within and outside the region.
  • Willing to start work on short notice.
