Description

DAA is seeking a creative, energetic, and passionate Content Creator to join its Communications Team. The Content Creator will be responsible for planning, producing, editing, and publishing engaging multimedia content that reflects DAA's mission and demonstrates the impact of its humanitarian and development programs. The role requires strong storytelling skills, creativity, technical expertise in photography and videography, and confidence presenting content on camera.

 


Key Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality photos and videos of DAA's projects, activities, events, trainings, and field visits.
  • Produce professional videos, documentaries, interviews, and short social media clips.
  • Edit multimedia content using professional editing software while maintaining DAA branding standards.
  • Present projects and organizational activities on camera when required.
  • Develop creative concepts and storytelling ideas for digital campaigns.
  • Collect success stories, testimonials, and human-interest stories from beneficiaries while respecting ethical communication standards.
  • Manage and organize the organization's multimedia archive.
  • Produce content optimized for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely documentation of activities.
  • Assist in developing communication plans and awareness campaigns.
  • Ensure all photos, videos, and publications comply with donor visibility requirements and DAA branding guidelines.
  • Perform other communication-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Media, Journalism, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in content creation, photography, videography, and video editing.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, Canva) and basic graphic design tools.
  • Strong photography and videography skills, including operating professional camera equipment.
  • Confident presenter with excellent verbal communication and storytelling skills.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends.
  • Fluency in Arabic and a great command of English.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and committed to meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
