Save the Children International in Iraq is inviting submissions of tenders for a contract to provide the following:

Establishment of a Two-Year Framework Agreement for the Supply of Office Supplies, Refreshments, Housekeeping Consumables, and Related Delivery Services for Iraq Country Office (PR723315).

Please note: the submission deadline for this tender has been extended. The revised closing date is shown below.

Bids can be submitted by any of the following options:

• Electronic Submission via ProSave (Ariba Network)
  • Submit your response in accordance with the guidance provided in the tender pack. If you are not registered in Ariba Network (ProSave), please follow the standard account self-registration guidance.
• Electronic Submission via Email

  • This is a sealed tender box which will not be opened until the tender has closed. Do not send tender-related questions to this address as they will not be answered.
  • The subject of the email should be: "ITT/PR723315/Bidder Response – 'Bidder Name', 'Date'".
  • Emails should not exceed 15MB – if the file sizes are large, please split the submission into two emails.
  • Do not copy any other SCI email addresses into the email, as this will invalidate your bid.
• Paper Submission
  • Two paper copies submitted on headed paper to: Italian City 1, Office no. B4, Erbil – Iraq, Erbil, Iraq or SCI centre in West Mosul – Shifa NBH
  • Bids should be submitted in a single sealed envelope addressed to the Supply Chain Team.
  • The envelope should clearly indicate the Invitation to Tender reference number PR723315, but contain no other details relating to the bid or the bidder name.
  • All supporting documentation should be labelled and grouped together (individual envelopes, stapled etc.) and included in a single sealed envelope as above.

NOTE: Please indicate the reference number PR723315 on your envelope.
