Expression of Interest (EOI): Cash Facilitation Services

International Medical Corps (IMC), international humanitarian organization is seeking qualified companies who are licensed to legally conduct Cash facilitation services / cash transfer services in Iraq and Northeast Syria, to submit their Expression of Interest to all the following services in the listed locations.

1. Delivery of cash to our field offices in Iraq (Bagdad, Erbil, Dohuk),

2. Delivery of cash to our field offices in Northeast Syria (Raqqa, Alepo, Deir er Zour, Hassakeh),

3. Payment of allowances / salaries to our field-based staff, and

4. Payment of cash to IMC vendors.

Companies should submit their Expression of Interest, in English language,

Please include the following information:

1. Official Company registration documents accompanied with English translations.

2. Tax Compliance valid for the year 2026.

3. Copy of passport/ID of company owner(s).

4. List of References and their Contacts (Should be not older than 2023)

5. Valid official License to conduct Cash Distribution services or equivalent services,

International Medical Corps’ main selection criteria is based on best value for money, the bid will be evaluated using a weighted average scoring of the following factors.

• Price (Average per area i.e. Dohuk, NES and Erbil).

• Area covered. (Area Coverage i.e. Dohuk, NES, Erbil, And Baghdad)

• Quality of Service: Will be based on the rating received from the reference’s responses to Questionnaire.

Successful companies will be required (mandatory) to register with International Medical Corps and accept and sign prior to contracting, IMC Vendor Code of conduct, Master Terms and Conditions and Vendor registration form all located at: https://Internationalmedicalcorps/Open-Tender
