Human Needs (HNS) هي منظمة عراقية محلية تعمل في مجال احتياجات الإنسان والمساعدات الإنسانية. منذ عام 2017، ساهمت المنظمة في تحسين حياة أكثر من مليون أسرة من خلال مشاريع مبتكرة ومستدامة في مجالات الصحة، الحماية، والطوارئ، بالتعاون مع شركاء محليين ودوليين.

تفاصيل البيع

• البيع على أساس "كما هي وفي مكانها" (As is, Where is).
• لا توجد أي إصلاحات من قبل HNS قبل أو بعد البيع.
• الفحص مسموح به بصريًا من الخارج فقط، ولن يُسمح بأي فحص ميكانيكي.
• البيع يتم بنظام المزايدات المغلقة (Sealed Bids).

المزايدات

• آخر موعد لتقديم العطاءات: 10 فبراير 2026، الساعة 4:30 مساءً.
• كل دفعة يجب تقديم عطاء منفصل لها في ظرف مغلق.
• للحصول على نماذج العطاءات، القواعد ونموذج التسجيل، يرجى التواصل مع قسم اللوجستيات.

الدفعات المعروضة للبيع

ملاحظات هامة

• الحد الأدنى للوديعة: 300 USD لكل دفعة، تُسترد بعد إتمام العملية للمشاركين غير الفائزين.
• الفائز الأعلى سيتم إخباره من قبل قسم اللوجستيات ويحق له 24 ساعة للتواصل.
• يجب دفع 10٪ من سعر البيع كوديعة خلال يومي عمل لتأمين الصفقة.
• سيتم توقيع عقد البيع رسميًا بعد دفع المبلغ بالكامل واستكمال الإجراءات الإدارية.
• جميع تكاليف النقل والإخلاء على عاتق المشتري.

ملاحظة: بعد توقيع العقد، يصبح المشتري المالك القانوني، ولن تكون HNS مسؤولة عن أي حادث أو ضرر بعد نقل الملكية.

About the Organization

Human Needs (HNS) is a local Iraqi non-governmental organization working in the field of humanitarian assistance and human needs. Since 2017, the organization has contributed to improving the lives of more than one million families through innovative and sustainable projects in the areas of health, protection, and emergency response, in cooperation with local and international partners.

Sale Details

• The sale is conducted on an “As Is, Where Is” basis.
• HNS will not carry out any repairs before or after the sale.
• Visual inspection from the outside only is permitted; no mechanical inspection is allowed.
• The sale will be conducted through a sealed bidding system.

Bidding Information

• Deadline for bid submission: 10 February 2026 at 4:30 PM.
• A separate bid must be submitted for each lot, enclosed in a sealed envelope.
• To obtain bid forms, rules, and the registration form, please contact the Logistics Department.

Lots Available for Sale

Important Notes

• Minimum deposit: USD 300 per lot. The deposit is refundable to unsuccessful bidders after completion of the process.
• The highest bidder will be notified by the Logistics Department and must respond within 24 hours.
• A 10% deposit of the sale price must be paid within two working days to secure the deal.
• The official sales contract will be signed after full payment and completion of all administrative procedures.
• All transportation and removal costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Notice

Upon signing the sales contract, the buyer becomes the legal owner of the vehicle, and HNS shall bear no responsibility for any accident or damage occurring after the transfer of ownership.v
