Offers to purchase must be received by the IRC in sealed envelope/ electronically to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. no later than 4:00pm on 20th July 2025.
Make sure to mention the subject of the email as (IRC-Offer of Vehicle purchase). Note that any unsealed offers will be rejected by the IRC.
Submitted offers will be opened and reviewed by the IRC on 21st July 2025 at 10:00am and the successful bidders will be informed on 23rd 2025.
