The Humanitarian Logistics Cooperative referred to as hulo, on behalf of the following international non-governmental organizations, Action Against Hunger (ACF), Danish Refugee Council (DRC), INTERSOS, Islamic Relief International (IRW), Terre des hommes – Lausanne (Tdh), Triangle Generation Humanitarian (TGH), and Welt Hunger Hilfe (WHH), here below referred to as THE CONTRACTING NGO is currently conducting an open national tender for providing (Vehicle Rental & Driver Hire Services) in the term of a Framework Agreement/Long Term Agreement.

Hulo Cooperative will conduct an online Pre-Bid/Clarification Meeting with the interested companies, to provide answers to bidders inquiries. The meeting link and time will be shared by email with interested bidders.

Costs incurred by the bidder in preparing and submitting the tender proposals will not be reimbursed.

Hulo and the Contracting NGOs will not charge bidders any fees for collecting the call for tender documents or participating in the tender process.

Hulo reserves the right to accept or reject any part of, or the entire tender in accordance with its internal procedures.
