As part of the Doctorate in Management program, I am currently undertaking Ph.D. and completing research at UCAM-Catholic University of Murcia, Spain. The research title is: “Impact of Situational Leadership Styles on Organizational Performance: A Case of Middle Eastern Humanitarian-based Non-Profitable Firms".

Purpose:
The main purpose of this questionnaire is to examine the impact of Situational leadership styles on Organizational performance. The researcher divided the questionnaire into three sections:
- Section A: Demographic information of the participant.
- Section B: The measurement scale of four Situational leadership styles as independent variables.
- Section C: The measurement scale of Organizational Performance as dependent variable focusing on fundraising and advocacy.
Confidentiality: I assure you that your responses to the questionnaire are strictly confidential and will only be used for academic purposes. The survey will not collect sensitive information.
Procedures: To obtain sufficient and meaningful information, it is important to respond to each question as honestly and accurately as you can.
