Responsibilities:

General Tasks

• Tidy rooms and corridors of ACTED premises (daily)
• ترتيب الغرف والممرات يوميا
• Wash and mop the floor in the rooms (daily)
• غسل ومسح الارضيات في الغرف يوميا
• Clean and remove dust from furniture (daily)
• تنظيف وازالة الغبار من الاثاث يوميا
• Broom outdoor areas (daily)
• كنس الفناء الخارجي يوميا
• Wash outdoor areas (weekly)
• غسل الفناء الخارجي اسبوعيا
• Clean toilets, removing garbage bin, replenishing toilet paper (daily)
• تنظيف الحمامات ,ازالة القمامة,تجديد ورق التواليت يوميا
• Vacuum clean carpets and premises (twice a week)
• الكنس بالمكنسة الكهربائية الاماكن المفروشة مرتين في الاسبوع
• Take garbage out from the rooms (Daily)
• ازالة القمامة من الغرف يوميا
• Clean window glasses (bi weekly)
• تنظيف زجاج النوافذ بين اسبوع واخر
• Clean the doors (monthly)
• تنظيف الابواب شهريا
• Wash curtains (quarterly)
• تنظيف الستائر كل ثلاثة شهور

• Support on the organization of conferences/meetings with cleaning and arrangement (on request)
• تقديم المساعدة في المنظمة اثناء الاجتماعات بالتنظيف والترتيب (عند الحاجة)
• Update the storekeeper about cleaning supplies needed (on request)
• اخبار مسؤول المخزن عن لوازم التنظيف اللازمة (حسب الطلب)
• Refill water dispensers (on request)
• اعادة ملئ براد المياه(حسب الحاجة)
• Water garden (weekly)
• ري الحديقة اسبوعيا

Tasks applicable to Guesthouses

• Wash towels weekly
• غسل المناشف اسبوعيا
• Replace bed sheets (weekly)
• تغيير اغطية السرير اسبوعيا
• Clean the internal part of fridges (Bi monthly)
• تنظيف الثلاجة بين شهر واخر
• Laundry: Collect and wash clothes disposed in the assigned basket,
• غسيل الملابس:جمع الملابس في السلة المخصصة لذلك
• Wash dishes except when related to social events (daily)
• غسل الصحون يوميا عدا المتعلقة بالمناسبات الاجتماعية
