
This Internship is to allow people in their early career to gain exposure and experience working in the humanitarian system, through on-the-job training, program and operations work experience and site visits.
Major Deliverables:
The finance intern will support the finance department by:
- Scanning daily Transactions and upload them to the designed Box Folder
- Scanning Supply Chain Voucher submitted to Finance monthly. and old vouchers which have not been scanned.
- Scanning bank reconciliation at monthly basis and upload it to the designed folder.
- Scanning and printing monthly analysis package along with required supporting documents.
- Printing, scanning and collecting support document for cost allocation and SPC rate for PJ001 for ERB and field office at monthly basis.
- Gathering signatures and approvals for bank letters and checks from IRC Signatories.
- Ensure all supporting documents of the payment vouchers are stamped with PAID stamp.
- Arranging the Box drive files and uploading all scanned documents to the Box.
- Arranging file room and store accurately.
- Provide the information requested by the supervisor.
- Focal point for keeping all hard payment, arranging it in Box files.
- Scanning and stamp Kirkuk document and filing monthly with attaching bank statement.
- Supporting in Audit processes and pulling out required documents as hard and soft on Box.

- University or Institution degree.
- Good command in English.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Additional qualities: ability to work on a team, multitask, ability to handle pressure well, ability to improvise, flexibility, cultural and environmental sensitivity.
- Good and confidential communication skills.
