Casual Worker: Business Development Trainer - Kirkuk
• Support conducting pre - post training tests, and make sure that all trainees complete the tests before and after the training.
• Well experienced in the training materials/guide, which should cover the topics mentioned below:
1- Business plan development
2- Basic Bookkeeping and accounting
3- Marketing
4- Business management principles and practices
5- SWOT analysis and risk management
6- Customer service
7- Soft skills (Work ethic, team work and leadership skills, communication skills, negotiation skills, decision making and solving problems)
8- Pertinent legislation for MSMEs (Registration, tax compliance, highlights of relevant sections of the labour law)
• Selected trainers should have acceptable background about the livelihood in project implementation location.
• WV will Organize the training venues with all required arrangements, tools and stationary to facilitate and ease training implementation, but the trainer should ensure his access to implementation location personally
• Deliver 10 days business development training to selected beneficiaries organized into groups of members per each location, there will be more than one group per location.
• The training day will be on average 3.5 hours per day
• Support the trained beneficiaries through feasibility study and development of business plans.
• Share updates with project team as well as challenges and expected issues to develop the required mitigation plan.
• Write and submit final training report to World Vision by latest 10 days after the training is completed (Soft copies in word and PDF formats).
•Provide at least three mentorship sessions per beneficiary post-grant disbursement, supporting business plan implementation and asset utilization.
•Guide farmers on accessing financial instruments and improving market access for agricultural products.
1- Registration and certification of being qualified trainer in relevant field (e.g. MoLSA approval), or any equivalent background
2- At least 2 years of experience in undertaking business development training in Iraq with either NGOs or any recognized entity.
3- Qualification and experience of the professionals who would be deployed to do the training (detailed CVs + certificates).
4- Good command of English and Arabic and ability to deliver the training in Arabic.
5- Appreciation of similar assignment and the terms of reference in part of experience
6- Qualification and experience of the professionals who would be deployed to do the training (Good training delivering skills and very wide knowledge on the topics)
