الموعد النهائي لتقديم العطاءات هو ( 04 - 09 - 2025 ) في تمام الساعة (00: 4 مساءً) (بتوقيت بغداد)، وذلك وفقًا للشروط الواردة في ملف المناقصة .

تحتفظ أوكسفام بحقها في عدم الالتزام بترسية المناقصة على أقل عرض سعر، كما تحتفظ بالحق في قبول العطاء بالكامل أو جزء منه .
