Oxfam, a registered International Non-Governmental Organization and a member of Oxfam International, invites your submission of an offer for the position of Business Development Consultant to provide professional consultation services Consultant for Implementation of Straw Mulch in Crop Fields in the governorate of Anbar and Salah Al-Din, in Federal Iraq.

We are conducting an offer process within Iraq and invite your submission of an offer under the conditions detailed in the attached RFQ and Terms of Reference (ToR).

The deadline for collecting offers is June 09^th, 2025, 17:00 Iraqi Time.

The deadline for submitting the offers is June 10^th, 2025, 17:00 Iraqi Time.

Please address the following points in your RFQ, as non-compliance may lead to exclusion:

1. Demonstrate experience & work in the field of Consultant of Straw Mulch in Crop Fields in the governorate of Anbar and Salah Al-Din, in Federal Iraq.
2. Provide the duration of the implementation/delivery of the project/items.
3. Confirm ability to work/deliver in the mentioned project area.
4. Specify the preferred payment method (Bank Transfer, cheque, or cash). Note that bank transfer is preferred by Oxfam.
5. State the validity of the offer in months.
6. Fill, sign, and stamp the RFQ and ToR.
7. Ensure the priced offer is in IQD.
8. Refer to the attached ToR for all details before submitting your offer.
9. Submit a very clear financial offer within IQD.
