
The MPCA Facilitator is responsible for providing support to the ERD department in the target area for MPCA registration and distribution.
As a service provider working with the ERD Sr. Officer, the MPCA Facilitator is specifically responsible for day-to-day tasks as per the request of the ERD Sr. Officer to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
The MPCA Facilitator will be paid a daily rate of 60,000 IQDs for their services, which will be paid at the end of the month after satisfactory completion of service. Work will be required for a maximum of 12 days per month.
Major Responsibilities:
- Participate in community mobilization and beneficiary assessments (door by door) according to program guidelines, IRC policies, and the code of conduct.
- Assist in site selection, preparation, crowd control, and cash distribution.
- Perform all duties under the instruction of the IRC-ERD Sr. Officer.
- Report any challenges or issues promptly to the IRC ERD Sr. Officer as soon as they occur.
- Utilize IRC tools and equipment (tablets) for work and return these to IRC upon assignment completion.
- Act in the best interests of IRC and perform all work duties and general conduct to the highest standards.
- Supervise the collection of price monitoring data regularly and share the information with relevant stakeholders.
- Assisted in preparing cash distribution documents according to IRC policies and procedures.
- Any other reasonable duties may be delegated to them by the supervisor

In accordance with these values, the IRC operates and enforces policies on Beneficiary Protection from Exploitation and Abuse, Child Safeguarding, Anti Workplace Harassment, Fiscal Integrity, and Anti-Retaliation.
- 0-1 years of experience in data collection or monitoring and evaluation.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, IT or related fields.
- Fluency in Written and Spoken Arabic is required.
- Ability to travel inside the governorate.
- Interest in the humanitarian field and administration are preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Has experience in using the data collection application.
- The ability to learn and work under pressure from all levels.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality wherever the incumbent comes across sensitive information/data.
